Everyone’s roadmap is different, so the first thing we’ll do is have a conversation to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your goals and how best to get there, but sometimes there is no goal other than simply having a space that’s held to just be in connection, and that’s perfect, too. The cornerstone of our work together will likely be ongoing conversation; however this can be supported by flower essences, reiki, artistic exploration, spiritual practices, connection with others, and whatever else might be needed. People are not static, so the process is always flexible as needs arise and perspectives change.
